Garden on Eden Custom Home Project Description
Set on a prominent, wooded lakefront lot in Chapel Hill’s nationally recognized Governors Club, this 5,300-square-foot custom home was designed to stand out in one of the Triangle’s premier gated communities — 1,600 acres with a private country club, a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, tennis courts, and pools. Built for performance as much as presence, the home uses structural insulated panels (SIPs) for its walls and roof, putting energy efficiency at the core of the design.
